We always serve it without sauce. Sauce is to compliment it, not hide the true flavors.
- What kind of sauce do you serve?
Our sauce is a sweet BBQ sauce with a hint of vinegar. KC style meets Southern style!
- Why Should I have BBQ for my event, wedding, etc.
BBQ is a true American cuisine, a comfort food that brings family and friends together like no other food. You don't have to worry about your guests wanting to leave to go eat, the value and quantities will ensure that! The added experience of our 9ft smoker on site with hickory smoke filling the air adds to the total experience we provide.
- Why should you do Buffet service?
Buffet service is the most efficient way to serve your guests for weddings and larger parties over 100. Your guests get first class service and individual attention. You get peace of mind that everyone getting taken care of as well as clean up of service area and trash. With buffet service, we ensure portion control, so you don't have to be concerned with running out of food for all of your guests. See the Services portion of our menu for pricing.
- How can we ensure our date is booked?
Send a 50% Deposit at least 3 weeks before your event.
- Are you licensed and Insured?
Yes, we are licensed by the State of TN and can provide documentation and health inspection scores if needed. We also have liability insurance. A certificate can be sent to your venue if required through our agent Farmer Brothers Insurance in Murfreesboro.
